We are seeking a seasoned employment attorney with a proven track record advising and defending employers — from mid-market companies to large corporate clients — in Georgia and nationwide.

The ideal candidate combines technical excellence with business acumen and brings a portable book of business. You will have autonomy, support, and a platform to grow your practice inside a trial-ready boutique that values strategic thinking and results.

Location: Midtown Atlanta, GA (Hybrid potential)

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise employers on workplace compliance, risk mitigation, and policy issues
  • Handle EEOC and agency actions, internal investigations, and high-stakes employment litigation
  • Draft and negotiate employment agreements and restrictive covenants
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CEOs, founders, and HR leadership
  • Build and grow client relationships and develop business

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Georgia Bar member (multi-jurisdiction admission a plus)
  • 8+ years employer-side employment law experience
  • Demonstrated litigation and advisory experience
  • Portable book of business required
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high professional standards
