Bruna de Oliveira Santos

Bilingual in English and Portuguese, she brings an international perspective and a practical, detail-oriented approach to supporting clients in complex legal matters.

Before relocating to Atlanta, Bruna practiced law in Curitiba, Brazil, where she managed civil, commercial, employment, and family-law matters from inception through resolution. Her work included developing case strategy, drafting pleadings and appellate briefs, representing clients in hearings, negotiating settlements, and advising clients on risk and potential resolution options. She also managed a portfolio of approximately 100 to 120 active litigation files, including matters involving construction-industry clients, commercial contracts, service agreements, employment law, compliance, and premises-liability disputes.

Bruna’s earlier experience includes work in the corporate field, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, and commercial law. She also served in Brazil’s judicial system, supporting family, probate, and child-protection matters at both the trial and appellate levels. In those roles, she conducted legal research, reviewed court records, drafted judicial orders and legal opinions, and managed demanding court calendars and high-volume dockets.

In the United States, Bruna pursued an LL.M. in the Bar Track and Corporate Law concentration at Georgia State University College of Law, supported by a merit-based scholarship and graduate assistantship.

Bruna’s cross-border background, litigation experience, and understanding of Brazilian and U.S. legal environments allow her to contribute thoughtful analysis and effective support to matters involving international clients and complex commercial issues.
