Before joining Guilmette Henderson, Courtney served as Director of Operations at a Registered Investment Advisory Firm, where she also acted as Executive Assistant to the CEO. In this dual role, she managed complex calendars, strengthened communication systems, and oversaw daily operations, ensuring the smooth execution of business-critical initiatives. Her ability to anticipate needs and build efficient processes made her a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership.  

Previously, Courtney worked at Merrill Lynch supporting a high-performing wealth management team and a client portfolio of more than 230 households with over $1.6B in assets under management. She was the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, managed high-volume communications, and maintained strict confidentiality while delivering exceptional client service.  

Courtney also brings valuable legal and administrative experience from her time as a Paralegal and Executive Assistant in a litigation firm, where she supported attorneys through all stages of case preparation, calendar management, and client communications. Her background across law, finance, healthcare administration, and operations gives her a uniquely adaptable and detail-oriented approach.
