David "Dave" M. Paule

Dave helps the founders, operators, and entrepreneurs who use Guilmette Henderson as their legal advisors find the right path forward for their unique business needs.

Drawing upon a career spanning executive leadership, fundraising, marketing, and higher education, Dave brings a rare combination of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving to every engagement. He is known for jumpstarting stagnant operations, leading complex turnarounds, and building high-performing organizations from the ground up.

When Dave isn't advising business and non-profit leaders, he teaches Management & Strategy at Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson School of Business. He is a member of the Diverse Faculty Alliance and is the founding chair of the PRISM Faculty Identity Group. He also serves on the Chief Justice's Commission on Professionalism for the Supreme Court of Georgia.
