

Gabriela Martines Passador is a Brazilian licensed attorney with over fourteen years of experience in corporate law, contract management, compliance, and litigation, advising companies across Brazil, Mexico, and the United States.
Gabriela has extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including service, consulting, engineering, tax, real estate, and corporate contracts, as well as NDAs, amendments, and formal correspondence. She has supported multiple internal departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
In addition, Gabriela has significant litigation experience in Brazil, both in-house and at law firms, handling civil, labor, tax, corporate, and consumer disputes. She has managed full litigation lifecycles, coordinated with external counsel, drafted pleadings and motions, conducted legal and factual research, coordinated witnesses, and represented clients in hearings and oral arguments. Gabriela has also conducted compliance investigations and supported the implementation of corporate policies in accordance with applicable laws.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from São Bernardo do Campo Law School and a postgraduate course in Labor and Procedure Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, both in Brazil. Gabriela is licensed to practice law in Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese and English, with intermediate Spanish proficiency.
