

Vladyslav Rudzinskyi is a Georgia-licensed attorney whose experience spans civil litigation, judicial practice, appellate advocacy, and domestic and international arbitration.
He has served as a staff attorney in the Piedmont Judicial Circuit and previously interned for the Honorable Steve C. Jones of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. His experience includes conducting legal research, drafting judicial orders and appellate briefs, preparing jury instructions, and assisting with hearings and trials.
Vladyslav earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he participated extensively in international commercial arbitration competitions. He also served as a research assistant to Dean Peter B. Rutledge, contributing to scholarship on domestic and international arbitration. Before attending UGA Law, Vladyslav earned an LL.B. with a focus on commercial litigation from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Before beginning his U.S. legal career, Vladyslav worked with international and Ukrainian law firms in Kyiv, advising on banking and finance matters, secured transactions, corporate governance, real estate, and dispute resolution. He is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
