William "Will" Salisbury

Will began his career in insurance defense representing everyone from private citizens to Fortune 500 companies in all aspects of state and federal civil litigation. As a litigator, he honed his client focused approach to addressing specific and unique issues covering a wide range of matters, ranging from simple negligence to catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Throughout his career, he has continuously sought to put his clients' needs at the forefront of his mind while offering individual and unique solutions.

Will received his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and a student attorney at the UT Business Clinic, advising small businesses in all aspects of business formation, including entity formation, contract negotiation, and formation of governance documents. Will received his B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business. His unique blend of legal experience, trial advocacy, and business education enables him to strategically and practically deliver solutions that address the diverse needs of his clients.
